Israel's airport should be cleaner, despite the affluence it has the ministry should make a better effort and the spokesman shouldn't wash his hands off of everything.

There's no leadership in this problem, the other way around there's a lack of leadership by the spokesman and the ministry. They should make efforts to cooperate and make this a non-existent problem.

• Identify the problem and classify if it is caused by leadership, communication or management of conflicts.

The main problem is the lack of cooperation by both parts and this is because lack of leadership, communication and management.

• Write a solution for the problem

Both parts should take responsability of what is theirs. The spokesman by not blaming someone else and the ministry by talking with the spokesman.

Analyzed Problem #3 (Russian nuclear weapons)

• Analyze the following situations and identify all the persons involved

America's interest was to reveal the Russian's intentions in nuclear weapons but Russia's military seemed more interest in keeping everything hidden.

• Identify what kind of leadership each of them uses

We can see again autocratic leadership by the Russian military because they are taking charge of hidding this information from civilian population.

• Identify the problem and classify if it is caused by leadership, communication or management of conflicts.

The problem is manipulating information by the Russians. Its caused by wrong leadership.

• Write a solution for the problem

American goverment shouldn't let Russian military whispers to them the decissions they have to make. American's should publish this.

Analyzed Problem #2(Nigerian Dock Problem)

First we see a mess up in the docking system which includes the ships with the cargoes, the seamen and the docking administration.

• Identify what kind of leadership each of them uses

The laissez-faire leader seems a logical decision here because the meaning is closer than any other leader but in this case only some conditions for this leader are met. In this case its lack of interest in the problem makes it difficult to solve because the workers seem very capable of do his own things by themselves.

• Write a solution for the problem

Authorities in charge of the docking system should coordinate their efforts to solve this, because its not the ship's fault its the docking system that doesn't work as one.

• Analyze the following situations and identify all the persons involved

We can see that there's a problem involving the passengers and the company in charge of the passengers administration. It seems there's a fee that shouldnt be charged because it's not the passengers fault.

• Identify what kind of leadership each of them uses

In this problem we have an autocratic leader, this by the manager in charge of the flight because he made the decission alone executing his will without giving any chance to other people's oppinion.

• Write a solution for the problem

Its obvious that the fee charged to the passengers is no fair so the flight company should remove this fee or offer some travel miles to them in compensation for this error.

Probably my biggest problem is not paying attention on the weakest link of any organization i take care of, by not doing this all the weaknesses tend to affect somehow in the future.

How to do public presentations?

A public presentation is a very important part in any development of any project, by presenting it
to an audience we can assure that people in general will have an interest in what we do, what we develop and how we are doing it, well and how to get involved in case they'll do it.

First we have to set our people parameters, what is this? well we cant expect to achieve a high level of attention if we dont target our parameters.
Proper presentations to proper people, we must evaluate the level of matureness and knowledges that our audience must have in order to understand our presentation.

Secondly we must somehow ignore any trouble we have to do a presentation in front of a crowd. Many techniques can be easily enumerated but i must say that the most effective is to bust up our confidence and ignore everything that would give us troubles.

Finally we must learn on techniques on how to make our point of view understandable and accurate. An accurate presentation will show greater achievements on our projects and will give us credibility on further presentations.

Water is an essencial part of our everyday life, due to its properties water is used in most of processes we know.

Besides water itself posses various elements wich are vital to life in Earth thats why by being a student of chemical

engineering its important to mention some facts about water that you might find interesting

• Water is a chemical substance with the chemical formula .Its molecule contains one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms connected by covalent bonds. Water is a liquid at ambient conditions, but it often co-exists on Earth with its solid state, ice, and gaseous state, water vapor or steam.
• Water can dissolve many different substances, giving it varying tastes and odors. Humans and other animals have developed senses which (more or less) enable them to evaluate the potability of water by avoiding water that is too salty or putrid.

As we can see life in Guatemala's most important tourisitic places lacks of projects that protects and supports water and

all of its derivates, being a direct one wildlife and nature itself.

This project develops itself to be in Guatemala's major touristic regions and all places where nature its being destroyed

by the lack of water and it sources.

Also i have planned to develop campaigns in wich people will get involved being an important place all the surroundings

of lakes and rivers, this to increase the places where fresh water could be taken.

This project is to be developed within people between ages of 18 to 30, this is to get young people involved in matters

of water and its puryifing process.

To reach the goals of this project we would need the sponsor of various companies to help us with the marketing and

funds, all this to aproach a bigger population to get interested and involved in the project
